This workshop will explore a range of uniquely feminine situations, then show you natural remedies and techniques that can help you find balance and provide support in the face of them. Part lecture and part discussion with experiential exercises, this intimate half-day workshop reminds us how beautiful it can be to be a woman.

Determine your current value system, explore how you express your values, and discover how to find greater happiness by focusing on what’s important on a daily basis. Then begin to envision your future with “Miracle” visualization, create your life script and finally learn how to write and use scripts to bring balance into your life moving forward. This is a powerful, personalized workshop designed to lead you toward becoming the person you want to be.

A workshop devoted to addressing the physical and emotional reasons we gain weight – and the reasons we’re unable to lose it. Address your relationship with food and with yourself, explore healthy food combinations, then discuss ideas to support weight loss as well as the limitations of a “right” weight mindset. Designed to be much more than another calorie counting lecture, the intent of this workshop is to assist you in getting past your personal weight related issues and help you make peace with your body the way it is.
